Prepare this nutritious breakfast the night before for one less thing to worry about in the morning! Top with juicy berries and extra ground seeds for extra crunch
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds & Flaxseed Follicular blend (Ground)
- 50g Oats
- 40g Raspberries ( fresh or frozen)
- Juice of half a Lemon
- 1 tsp Honey or maple syrup
- 200ml of milk or plant milk
Method
- Place the raspberries, Follicular blend, lemon juice and honey (or maple) in a jug or blender and blitz until smooth
- Place the oats in a jar then add the wet mixture and stir well
- Place in the fridge overnight
- Grab and go in the morning or top with extra fruit if you have time.
