Adding Bia seeds to your salad doesn't have to be boring - in fact, it can be REALLY tasty!
Ingredients
- 50g Sesame Seeds & Sunflower Seeds Luteal blend
- 25g Flaked almonds
- 1tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1tsp Smoked Paprika
- ½ tsp Honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp Olive or rapeseed oil
- Pinch of salt
Method

- Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until everything is coated
- Spread the mixture evenly on the tray and bake for 4 mins.
- Turn the mixture on the tray then return to the oven for a further 4 mins.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool fully before storing in an airtight container. Sprinkle over salad, rice or enjoy as a snack.
